I'm in the process of putting together a sample two week menu, something several people have requested over the years. It will have some recipes I've already posted but also a couple new ones. My goal is to make a resource for those looking to add delicious and healthy meatless meals to their regular rotation. These recipes will be ones that are inexpensive and easy to make, using familiar ingredients that most people already have in their pantries. Hopefully it won't disappoint. If nothing else, it gives me a project. Stay tuned.
